Meet Our Management Team

Celia Santana
President & Chief Executive Officer
Celia began her career in the high net worth space over thirty years ago at Chubb Insurance where she discovered her passion for the business. In her last job at Chubb Insurance she managed a large portfolio of personal insurance clients and was a senior executive with a significant P&L responsibility. Celia’s unique expertise provides her clients with tailored personal risk management recommendations that lead to personalized solutions. Celia’s clients include family offices, public figures, entrepreneurs, wealth advisors, business titans, fine art collectors, divorcing couples and more.
Celia was named an Elite Woman in Insurance in 2021 & 2022. She the Chair of the Board for the Private Risk Management Association, the preeminent organization providing education and leadership in the high net worth personal insurance industry. She is also on Chubb’s National Agency Council, providing critical feedback to their senior leadership. She was named one of the Top 50 Women in Private Wealth by Private Asset Management Magazine in 2015. Celia has been a featured speaker at Working Mother Media’s Annual Conference, the Metro Roundtable and the National Association of Insurance Women. She has also been featured in the Wall Street Journal, AOL’s Daily Finance column, Investment News, Independent Agent Magazine, American Agent & Broker Magazine, Careerbuilder.com and various other media outlets. Celia is a graduate of Wesleyan University. She volunteers her time with A Better Chance and the National Hispanic Scholarship Fund.

Linda Graef Jones
Partner
Linda brings decades of distinguished experience in financial services and private client advisory, with a career defined by discretion, leadership, and trusted counsel. She began her career in 1977 as a corporate banker with JPMorgan Chase, advising Fortune 500 companies and rising to the role of Vice President. Following this chapter, she devoted two decades to leadership roles within several nonprofit organizations.
Linda joined PRMS in 2009 as a Private Client Sales Executive, where her ability to cultivate relationships and deliver strategic guidance quickly set her apart, leading to her current role as Partner.
Today, she advises a select group of successful individuals, families, and their trusted advisors, providing thoughtful counsel on structuring and optimizing insurance programs for complex, personally held assets. Known for her discretion and insight, Linda has built a highly regarded client base grounded in long-term trust and results.
She was named an Elite Woman in Insurance by Insurance Business America in 2016 and holds degrees from Duke University and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Linda remains actively involved in several nonprofit organizations.

Kelly McCleaster
Vice President, Director of Private Client Services
With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Kelly McCleaster is a seasoned professional renowned for her expertise in claims management and private client services. She began her career at a direct writer, where she gained invaluable insights into claims handling on the company side of the business. This foundational knowledge set her apart when she transitioned to the agency side, focusing on the unique needs of private clients.
Since joining PRMS in 2011, Kelly has been instrumental in supporting the firm’s Partners on special projects and marketing initiatives. She plays a critical role in managing PRMS’s largest accounts, offering expert guidance during significant losses and resolving complex claims. As the firm’s yacht specialist, Kelly delivers unparalleled service to high-net-worth clients with unique and intricate insurance requirements.
Kelly is a Certified Private Risk Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) through the Private Risk Management Association (PRMA), the only certification program specifically designed for professionals in the high-net-worth insurance industry. This designation reflects her commitment to broadening her knowledge, offering superior advice, and providing specialized solutions to address complex challenges.
In addition to her CPRIA certification, Kelly holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Lock Haven University, along with the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Legal Principles Claims Specialist (LPCS) designations. Her dedication to excellence, deep industry expertise, and specialized certifications make her an invaluable asset to PRMS and the clients she serves.

Lindsey Jordan
Assistant Vice President & Director of Operations
Lindsey Jordan is a dynamic leader within the private client insurance space, recognized for her ability to blend operational leadership with a thoughtful, client-centric approach. Having begun her career with PRMS as an entry-level associate, Lindsey’s drive, discipline, and commitment to excellence have guided her progression into her current role as Assistant Vice President and Director of Operations.
In this capacity, Lindsey plays a central role in overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations and ensuring the business runs with consistency, efficiency, and a high standard of execution. She works closely across teams to support key initiatives, enhance internal processes, and contribute to the overall client experience. As a leader, she mentors and manages the administrative team, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and operational excellence.
Lindsey brings a strategic and creative perspective shaped by her background in communication and advertising, having earned her Bachelor’s degree from Marist College. She holds the Certified Personal Risk Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) designation through the Private Risk Management Association (PRMA), reflecting her expertise in serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Her contributions to the industry have been widely recognized. Lindsey was named a Rising Star by Insurance Business America in 2022 and was selected as a finalist for the 2026 Property&Casualty360 Insurance Luminaries Awards as Rising Star of the Year. She has also been featured in RoughNotes for her impact and leadership within the industry.
