Tamila Garayo, known to clients and colleagues as Tammy, is the Assistant Vice President and Private Client Services Manager at Personal Risk Management Solutions. With almost a decade of experience in account servicing and optimizing personal insurance portfolios, Tammy is recognized for her personalized approach and ability to tailor strategies that adapt to her client’s evolving needs — all while ensuring comprehensive protection.

Beyond account servicing, Tammy actively manages new business opportunities for PRMS and collaborates closely with executive management on strategic growth initiatives. She recognizes the critical importance of onboarding and ensuring client needs are identified and thoroughly understood from the very first interaction.

Tammy’s role is multifaceted, expanding into sales while also training and development of the junior team members. She is dedicated to providing exceptional service in every interaction.

Tammy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Seton Hall University and completed Chubb’s Client Management School and Leadership Program in 2025. She recently earned the Certified Personal Risk Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) designation from the Private Risk Management Association (PRMA), a respected credential that highlights her expertise and commitment to serving high-net-worth clients.
