Rafaela Nowak brings 19 years of insurance industry experience to her role as Assistant Vice President and Private Client Services Manager at Personal Risk Management Solutions. Known for her calm, detail-oriented approach and deep dedication to client service, Rafaela plays a key role in managing the full client experience—from onboarding and account setup to policy servicing and long-term portfolio management for successful individuals and families.

Rafaela began her career in 2006 in the technical support department at an Insurance Company in Short Hills, New Jersey. Her strong communication skills and curiosity quickly led her into sales and account executive roles, where she developed a well-rounded foundation in both the operational and client-facing sides of the business. In 2015, she pivoted her focus to servicing high-net-worth clients, a move that allowed her to align her strengths in relationship management, responsiveness, and personalized attention with the needs of a more complex and discerning clientele.

Currently Rafaela supports both new business development and ongoing account management. She works closely with advisors and carrier partners to ensure accurate quoting, smooth implementations, and high-touch service throughout the insurance lifecycle.
