Andy Potash – Chairman
In addition to being Chairman and co-founder of Personal Risk Management Solutions, Andy is Chairman, co-founder, and principal shareholder of The Distinguished Programs Group, a program administrator specializing in property/casualty insurance products for the real estate industry.
Prior to founding Distinguished Programs in 1995, Mr. Potash served as President and COO of Frank Crystal & Co., a large regional insurance broker for five years. From 1983 – 1986 he built a middle market insurance broker which he sold to Alexander & Alexander in 1987 and, subsequently, ran their NY Middle Market group for three years. From 1967 until 1983, Mr. Potash served in a variety of capacities with Bayly, Martin & Fay, a national insurance broker. His last role was as Executive Vice-President and co-COO.
He is a graduate of Cornell University and the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School. He holds both the Chartered Life and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriting degrees, and is an alumnus of the Young Presidents Organization.
Celia Santana – President & CEO
Celia began her career in the high net worth space over thirty years ago at Chubb Insurance where she discovered her passion for the business. In her last job at Chubb Insurance she managed a large portfolio of personal insurance clients and was a senior executive with a significant P&L responsibility. Celia’s unique expertise provides her clients with tailored personal risk management recommendations that lead to personalized solutions.
Celia was named an Elite Woman in Insurance in 2021. She was also named one of the Top 50 Women in Private Wealth by Private Asset Management Magazine in 2015. Celia has been a featured speaker at Working Mother Media’s Annual Conference, the Metro Roundtable and the National Association of Insurance Women. She has also been featured in the Wall Street Journal, AOL’s Daily Finance column, Investment News, Independent Agent Magazine, American Agent & Broker Magazine, Careerbuilder.com and various other media outlets. Celia is a graduate of Wesleyan University. She volunteers her time with A Better Chance and the National Hispanic Scholarship Fund.
Dale Krupowicz – Partner & Chief Operating Officer
Dale has spent her entire 30 year career working on the personal insurance agency side of the insurance business. She has specialized in the high net worth arena, serving the personal insurance needs of successful individuals and families. Dale is responsible for all aspects of operations including client experience, insurance company relationships and talent management. Dale is often consulted by senior level insurance company executives on innovation and new customer creation. She works with several of the best insurance carriers to customize programs for clients all over the country, and internationally, including some of the largest art collectors in the world and industry moguls. Dale has a Bachelor’s Degree from Mercy College and a Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance (CAPI) Designation from Wharton, which is an exclusive designation given to only an elite group of personal insurance professionals. Dale is considered an expert in the business and has been featured in Investment News, Rough Notes, ThinkAdvisor and Property & Casualty 360. She was named one of the Elite Women in Insurance by Insurance Business America in 2016. Dale is a member of the Private Risk Management Association
Linda Graef Jones – Partner and Chief Sales Officer
Linda began her career in the financial services field in 1977 as a corporate banker with JP Morgan handling Fortune 500 companies. In 1986 she retired from her role as a Vice President to raise her family. During the next two decades, she held leadership positions with multiple nonprofit organizations. In 2009 Linda joined PRMS as a Private Client Sales Executive where her success led to multiple promotions including her current position, Partner & Chief Sales Officer. In addition to managing relationships with trusted advisors, Linda provides advice and solutions to new clients as they endeavor to understand and improve their insurance program for personally owned assets. She has a stellar reputation and impressive client roster. Linda has been named an Elite Woman in Insurance by Insurance Business America in 2016. She is a graduate of Duke University, and also received her MBA in finance from the Wharton School. Linda is active with several non-profit organizations.
