Job Description
Personal Risk Management Solutions (PRMS) is a successful entrepreneurial company looking to add Private Client Sales Executives to a growing Tri-State area team. The boutique personal insurance brokerage services affluent households in the areas of: home, auto, watercraft, fine art, valuables, and excess liability. PRMS is backed by Emigrant Bank; the CEO, Celia Santana, has 20 years of executive experience in the industry, including formerly running one of the largest divisions for Chubb; and the Chairman, Andy Potash, is a well-known insurance entrepreneur who has started a number of thriving insurance ventures. Moreover, they represent the top personal insurance companies in the industry: Chubb, ACE, Fireman's Fund, Travelers, AIU Holdings, and Progressive. PRMS is radically different from other insurance companies both in philosophy and how they handle their advisory service, as they take a consultative approach to cultivating long-term relationships.Job Responsibilities
- Cultivate new relationships with prospective clients in high-end communities
- Work closely with PRMS Team Leaders to develop and present customized risk management solutions to prospective clients
- Develop third party referral sources (i.e., wealth managers, real estate brokers, estate planners, financial planners, etc.)
- Maintain relationships with existing clients

Candidate Profile
- A "people person" active in an affluent community in NY/NJ/CT
- Minimum of 5-10 years of professional work experience required (does not matter if it was 20 years ago); ideal opportunity for someone returning to the workforce
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
- Superior client service orientation and sales ability with high-end clients
- No insurance experience required
